This site contains most of my paper models that I have started creating since June 2010.

Here, I must give my thanks to Cowboyleland for his brilliant idea on making 2.5d figures that are easy to build and look good from most angles. His method has been applied to make figures such as the wererat, snakeman, ghoul and praying mantis. My thanks also go to many friends I met in Onemonk (http://onemonk.com/) and forum (http://cardboard-warriors.proboards.com/) for their support and inspiration!

For the time being I can only post the finished products in this blog. In future, I hope that I can include more works in progress and also more essays on how to make these models.

I hope you enjoy this site!

Plant monsters

In the world of fantasy, plants are not just plants and trees are not just trees.  For the unwary adventurers, a simple looking flower can be the last thing they see...

This set contains three different plant monsters ranging from grass to tree.  Enjoy!

Giant insects and dangerous animals

Giant scorpions, spiders, centipedes, cobras and snakes... Again, the grids on the ground are 1" squares.

Golems and constructs

"You see a statute standing silently before the door.  It is a giant stone structure in the form of a strong man.  On the chest is a large emerald giving out soft, eerie green light.  The statute seems to be looking at your direction."

Golems and constructs are commonly found in fantasy worlds, serving as guards for powerful wizards who do not want to be disturbed.  This release contains two golems, namely a stone golem and an iron one, and a hound made of iron.

Dungeon monsters

“You now enter a 20” x 5” passage.  With the dim light of your lantern, you can barely see dark creatures flying at the end of the passage, slowly approaching you.  You thought they were bats, but are they?  They are just way too large to be normal bats!  What will you do now?”

Dungeons are filled with all kinds of perils, and this set contains some of the more common ones.  They work quite well with 28mm metal/plastic/paper models in any RPG/miniature fighting games.  All of them are available free of charge.

Undead figures

What is a dungeon without our undead friends?  Well, may be it is not necessary to have undeads, but it would be so much fun to have some.  This set contains a group of 9 undeads to chill the bones of the bravest adventurers!

Fantasy characters

Fantasy characters created some time ago.  All available freely at the following links:
From left to right:

Warrior: http://www.4shared.com/document/2tN2uYBF/warrior_1.html

Dwarf: http://www.4shared.com/document/GBQ3yF5T/dwarf2_sizes_1.html
Wizard: http://www.4shared.com/document/9ye-cgBy/wizard1.html

Archer: http://www.4shared.com/document/vLRnS_-Y/archer_resized.html

The grid on the floor is 1-inch by 1-inch.
My plan is to create a template of warrior and wizard and apply different textures to make different models.  A generic instruction is also in the pipeline.
